General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the RoyShop online marketplace.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these General Terms and Conditions.
2. Provider
The provider and contractual partner is RoyShop.
3. Subject Matter of the Contract
RoyShop offers digital products and subscriptions, including access to various digital services and platforms.
Unless otherwise stated in the respective product description, all products offered are intended exclusively for personal use.
4. Conclusion of the Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but serves as a non-binding product catalogue.
By placing an order, the customer submits an offer to purchase the selected product. The contract is concluded once the order has been accepted by RoyShop.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in euros (€) and include legally applicable taxes, where applicable.
Payment can be made using the payment methods offered during the checkout process.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all amounts due are paid in full and on time.
6. Delivery and Activation
Digital products are generally delivered or activated within 24 hours after successful receipt of payment, unless a different delivery time is specified in the respective product description.
Delivery may take place electronically, for example through digital access, an activation link, activation on an existing account, or the provision of login credentials.
Delays may occur due to technical issues, maintenance work, limited availability, or circumstances involving third-party providers that are beyond RoyShop’s reasonable control.
7. Right of Withdrawal
For digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, the statutory right of withdrawal may expire once performance of the contract has begun, provided that the applicable legal requirements have been met.
Where required by law, the customer expressly agrees that performance of the contract may begin before the expiry of the withdrawal period and confirms their awareness of the resulting consequences for their right of withdrawal.
8. Warranty and Support
RoyShop strives to ensure that digital products are provided and function in accordance with the respective product description.
If a problem arises with a delivered product or its activation, the customer should contact RoyShop customer support so that the matter can be reviewed.
RoyShop cannot guarantee the uninterrupted operation of third-party platforms and services. Changes, restrictions, technical disruptions, or other measures taken by third-party providers may affect the availability or functionality of individual services.
The customer’s mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
9. Liability
RoyShop shall have unlimited liability in cases where liability may not be excluded or limited by law, in particular in cases of intent or gross negligence, as well as in all other cases prescribed by law.
Any limitations of liability contained in these General Terms and Conditions shall apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Data Protection
The protection of personal data is important to us.

11. Final Provisions
Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected, to the extent permitted by law.
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable to the respective customer.
Provisions regarding jurisdiction shall apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
