4. Formation of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but serves as a non-binding online catalog.
A contract is concluded only when RoyShop accepts the customer's order through a confirmation email.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in Euro (€) and include applicable taxes where required by law.

The customer agrees to pay all fees in full and on time.
6. Delivery and Activation
Digital products are generally delivered within 24 hours after successful payment via email or direct link.
RoyShop is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including technical issues on the provider's side.
7. Right of Withdrawal
As these are digital products that are delivered or activated immediately after purchase, there is no right of withdrawal in accordance with Section 356(5) of the German Civil Code (BGB).

Any further liability, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss, is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
